Hope & The Holidays will be handing out toys and food again this year, however, we are going to do it drive-through style because of COVID. When parents’ sign-up they will be emailed a form to fill out about their kids. Our volunteers will shop our inventory of donations based off of that form. Then the parents will come and pickup everything at once. We feel that drive-through will also help accommodate the additional participants we anticipate we will have this year.
Our collection boxes will go out next Saturday, November 21st around town (starting next weekend check our website for a complete list of locations) and December 5th we’ll start taking donations at Billion Auto Group Nissan Building. If you don’t feel comfortable in-store shopping, we will have an Amazon Wish List posted on our website or you can shop elsewhere and have them directly shipped to us. We are also happy to schedule a pick-up from you if that is easiest.
We’ll start handing out toys December 10th. We will have toys available until the 21st, with the last day to sign up the 18th.
Sign-ups to receive toys will start later this week, we’ll announce when. You can either fill out the contact form on the website (which will become live once we start taking request), call Santa’s Hot Line 406-451-5312 or direct message us through Facebook. Please only reach out once. Someone will contact you back to schedule an appointment to pick up your toys. They are taking in a lot of requests, so please be patient for them to reply. Once you have scheduled your appointment please make sure to fill out and submit the questionnaire that was emailed to you. If you didn’t get the questionnaire or would like someone to call you to ask the questions, please just let us know we would be happy to call you to get the info we need.
